25.04.2012 CJSC ‘Galileo Nanotech’ Factory Makes Most Demanded Range of Metallized Labeling Paper

The Galileo Coating Technologies factory, which is part of ‘Galileo Nanotech’ holding, continues to expand its range of services and materials and is now offering metallized linen embossed paper with a substance of 68 gsm m following a batch of embossed vacuum metallized paper with a substance of 71 gsm.

 

The vacuum metallization labeling material is made at Galileo Coating Technologies factory under the GelioLabel brand. The paper is produced under a technology meeting the highest European standards. Also, the material itself, which is alkali and humidity resistant, is used to make labels for returnable bottles.

 

The GelioLabel paper has the following advantages:

 

Friendly to the Environment. The main advantage of metallized paper is that it is easily processed, which is especially important in light of the global tendency for environmentally friendly production facilities.
 
Printing. Vacuum metallized paper has stable printing and technical qualities and ink adhesion, especially to foil and UV inks. These characteristics are achieved by covering the surface of metallized paper with a final coating which prepares the material for subsequent printing.
 
Stable Post-printing Qualities. Vacuum metallized paper is resistant to mechanical impact during post-printing operations such as cutting, stamping, folding or perforation. Delamination does not occur.
 
Vast Design Possibilities. The finishing technologies make it possible to add any color pigment to one of the coats and to create surface effects from matte to glossy. This allows the printing companies to produce interesting materials and lower the amount of basic ink or coatings used.
